1. Who these terms apply to

This website is operated by HUMANOID INTEGRATION LTD, registered office 41 Cherwell Drive, Birmingham B36 0SS, England (company registration in progress). The website and our services are directed at businesses, not consumers. By using the site you confirm you are acting for a business.

2. Information on this website is not a binding offer

  • Content, specifications, timelines and figures (including ROI projections from the calculator) are illustrative estimates for a typical UK operation and may not reflect your site.
  • Prices shown are guide prices in GBP excluding VAT. VAT will be charged once the company is VAT-registered. Final pricing is set out in a written quotation after a site survey.
  • Nothing on this website constitutes a contractual offer or a promise of specific performance. Errors and omissions are excepted (E&OE).

3. The sales process

  • Free demo and ROI model: no obligation, no charge within the stated service radius.
  • Site audit (e.g. £2,950) — paid engagement with a written report; the fee is credited against a subsequent pilot if you proceed, as stated in the audit proposal.
  • Pilot, RaaS rental and purchase engagements are governed by separate written agreements (pilot agreement, RaaS agreement, purchase & integration agreement, plus a Data Processing Agreement where relevant). Where website content and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Performance commitments

  • The “70% output” pilot guarantee, the 95% uptime SLA and the 48-hour hardware swap are commitments defined in the relevant signed agreement — including measurement method, service radius and remedies.
  • Insurance: Public and Product Liability cover is bound for every deployment before go-live; the certificate is provided to the client. Cover levels are confirmed in the agreement.

5. Trademarks and content

  • We are an independent integrator. Tesla, Optimus, Unitree, AGIBOT, UBTECH, Fourier and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any manufacturer.
  • Images on this site are illustrative renders. Video content is official manufacturer footage embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode.
  • You may not copy or reuse our text, images or layout for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Liability

  • We take care to keep this website accurate, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Liability under a signed deployment agreement is defined in that agreement (including any agreed cap).

7. Third-party links

The site links to external resources (e.g. YouTube, manufacturer pages). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Governing law and complaints

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top will change.
